What many people don't know about the Great Pyrenees breed is that they need very few baths. We give Qinzer 2-3 baths a year, but brush her coat 4-5 times a week and every day of the week during shedding season. It irks me so much when people let beautiful dogs such as these get so run down and matted and downright nasty, so we try to set a good example for other Pyr owners around us and take very good care of our girl! Today was Qinzer's first bath of the year and she was less than thrilled about it...

Amazing how they can wallow in mud, splash through puddles and stay out in the rain. But a BATH? Oh HORRORS! But then be so pleased and proud when clean and dry….. looking for a mudhole.
